Hot Spot Airsoft International Order Guidelines

-International Orders Terms and Agreement-

Dear Customer, thank you for considering ordering from HSA.

Here are the guideline for international orders processing.

By purchasing anything from Hot Spot Airsoft (HSA) the buyer declare that HE/SHE is 18 years old or older and HE/SHE

completely understood and agree to Hot Spot Airsoft (HSA) fallowing terms and purchase Conditions.

For international orders we do NOT accept Credit Cards Payments we only accept:

Paypal

Bank to bank money transfer ( Money Wire )

All Payments MUST be in US Currency (USD)

Paypal Transactions:
You will need to apply for a Paypal account first. To Apply Go to: http://www.paypal.com
For Paypal payment, we will not accept any orders totaling more than USD $700.
No additional charges.
If your Paypal account is not "Verified" and your shipping address is not "Confirmed" we require the buyer to send us by FAX at 1-516 208 9736 or by email at orders@hotspotairsoft.com the following documentation:
1) Copy of Buyer Valid ID (Driver License)
2) Photo Copy of the Credit Card (Front and Back) used with Paypal account.

Just chose "Paypal" At the check out as payment.

Bank to Bank direct Wire Transfer ( Money Wire ) There is no order limit for this method.

To order with this option buyer must send us an email at: orders@hotspotairsoft.com with all personal information's

including shipping address and what would you like to order. After receiving your order we will send you the quotation and Wire Transfer Instructions.

Your order will be shipped once the payment will be credited on our bank account.

IMPORTANT: Buyer MUST notify us within 36 hour after receiving our quotation with copy of wire receipt as we cannot hold products for more than 36 hours.

items ordered with this form of payment will not be classified as "Sold" and put a side until we have received notification and copy of wire transfer receipt from buyer.

at this point we will "reserve" the products ordered for not more that 4 business days (usually take 24/72 hour for the wire to show up)

If money will not be credited within the time allowed, order will be deleted and reserved products will be back in inventory.

We offer UPS or USPS service. But we strongly recommend USPS International Priority Mail or USPS Express service.

Even if we do everything possible to avoid Customs Seizures, there is always a possibility since each country has different laws and restrictions.

It is the buyer responsibility to know and comply with the local Laws and restrictions regarding the Purchase, Ownership, Import / Shipping Airsoft Guns in/to the buyers Country, we will not be responsible for any possible Customs Seizures, or carrier loss or damage and there will be not Refund/Exchange of the confiscated merchandise, in the event that occurred.

Taxes, import duties and VAT's are NOT included in our price. We will not be held responsible for any taxes, import duties and VAT's. Customers are required to pay for any taxes, import duties or VAT's, if any.

Do NOT pick the $5.99 Flat Shipping, as is only valid for the lower US 48 States.

All our Airsoft Guns will have the orange tip installed and the original flash hider will be provided if included by the manufactory, or Painted (like some CA). All "Unlicensed" trademarks, if any, will be removed/covered by TAPE (That's how we get them from the manufactories/Distributors, we do not perform the removals).
