Dear Customer, thank you for considering ordering from HSA.

Here are the guideline for international orders processing.

By purchasing anything from Hot Spot Airsoft (HSA) the buyer declare that HE/SHE is 18 years old or older and HE/SHE  completely understood and agree to Hot Spot Airsoft (HSA) fallowing  terms and purchase Conditions.

 

For international orders, we only accept:

  • Paypal
  • Bank to bank money transfer ( Money Wire )

    All Payments MUST be in US Currency (USD)

    At the check out chose "Paypal" as payment.

    For security and verification purposes, we now require that international customers fax a copy of: 

    1) Valid ID (Driver License...)

    2) Credit Card used to open and pay via Paypal. (Front and Back)

    3) Exact Credit Card Billing Address

    **IMPORTANT** (Credit Card Billing Address must match the address on file with Paypal).

    4) Credit Card Bank phone number.  ( We will call to verify all the information's.)  

     

    Please fax at: 1-516 208 8370We must have these information's on file in order to process any international order. 

     

     

    • Bank to Bank direct Wire Transfer ( Money Wire )
      There is no order limit for this method.

    Please send us an email requesting "Money Wire" as payment!!

    • Bank Information will be provided once we receive your order
    • If the order amount is less than USD $200 there will be a USD $12 Bank Fee. (These are fees that the Bank charge us)
    • You MUST add these USD $12 Bank Fees to the Order Total.

     

    *SHIPPING*

    • Even if we do everything possible to avoid Customs Seizures, there is always a possibility since each country has different laws and restrictions. It is the buyer responsibility to know and comply with the local Laws and restrictions regarding the Purchase, Ownership, Import / Shipping Airsoft Guns in/to the buyers Country, we will not be responsible for any possible Customs Seizures, or carrier loss or damage and there will be not Refund/Exchange of the confiscated merchandise, in the event that occurred.

     Taxes, import duties and VAT's are NOT included in our price. We will not be held responsible for any taxes, import duties and VAT's. Customers are required to pay for any taxes, import duties or VAT's, if any.

               

    • If you want to get shipping quotes,  just do these simple steps:
    1. put the item/s you like in the cart
    2. go to the check out 
    3. Pick One of The Carriers/Services We Offer  (Some Restrictions may Apply)
    4. Do NOT pick the $5.99 Flat Shipping, as is only valid for the lower US 48 States.

     

    All our Airsoft Guns will have the orange tip installed and the original flash hider will be provided if included by the manufactory, or Painted (like some CA). All "Unlicensed" trademarks, if any, will be removed/covered by TAPE (That's how we get them from the manufactories/Distributors, we do not perform the removals).
