HSA has over the past 10 years built a undisputed highly rated AEG upgrade/repair services reputation. We perform all kind of AEG upgrades, from standard to highly personalized and customized just for you and your needs. To request our upgrade or repair services, please contact us via email or phone with the AEG Brand and to describe your problem so that we can tell you if we can help you.
Labor rate is $30/hour plus: parts, shipping and Tax (NY State Residents Only). For repairs, if you know exactly what the problem is, we can quote approximately you cost immediately. If you don't know you will be notified by phone or email of the total cost, NOT including shipping, after we checked the gun, than you can decide what to do,...fix it or not (in that case a $30 flat fee apply + the cost to ship the gun back (UPS Ground). Remember that all original manufactory warranties (if any) are immediately voided if upgrades will be installed on a new gun. ALL upgraded guns are shipped out ONLY after passing our extensive tests, but there will be 3 Days after delivery for customers to check the gun and make sure everything is working properly. It is the customer responsibility to check the gun within the 3 days allowed. No claims will be addressed after. THE "FLAT RATE SHIPPING" IS AN EXCLUSIVE OFFER FOR "NEW" ONLINE PURCHASES AND DO NOT APPLY FOR REPAIR OR SERVICE.
PLEASE NOTE: Hot Spot Airsoft Technicians take Repair/Upgrades very seriously and proudly will deliver AEG's ONLY if ALL our extensive tests are passed and everything performed absolutely perfect. Therefore we DO NOT perform upgrades or repair service on certain low-end China-made electric guns like "LPEG" (Low Power Electric Guns), Spring Pistols, GAS Pistols or AEG w/ plastic gearbox. HSA reserve the right to extend the limitations to other AEG where we cannot guaranteed the results due to the poor quality of materials (Internals/Externals), craftsmanship used by some manufacturers, or just because some guns require many extra hours labor and it will cost the customer an excessive amount of $$ compared to the AEG itself.
IMPORTANT: We Cannot Hold any Serviced Airsoft Gun for more than 30 days. We will contact you via phone or email for payment options and final status. No response to our inquiries or non-payment within 30 days from our completion of our work will be considered as forfeiture of your property to us and your serviced goods will be sold. You must include in the package a note with all your personal information's: name, address, phone number email... describing the problem/s and/or what you want us to do on your AEG....in clear writing! **If you are requesting a custom upgrades and you want us to install your own NEW parts, please send them with the gun.** All AEG's will be serviced and processed on the order we received. There will be at least 10-14 business days (Excluding Weekends) or more waiting before we can get to your gun as we are extremely busy, we are receiving AEG's to service on a daily basis, so the sooner you send it in....the better!
ATTENTION: we now offer "EXPRESS SERVICE" (when possible) for "extra" $20. If you want your AEG repair or upgrade to be ready within 5-7 business days (weekends excluded). please contact us first to see if this service is available for the date you want your AEG back as we will not take more than 4-5 per day.
ALL the above Services time frame are subject to required parts availability. HSA reserve the rights to use same or better quality parts in case the requested ones are momentarily "Out Of Stock"
