Warranty Service Terms and Conditions

That's right guys, after over 10 years in business dealing with all kinds of Airsoft Guns, "NO ONE" comes even close to our knowledge in Repairs and Upgrades and especially on AEG's, CTW and PTW. We are receiving every week laterally dozen's of AEG's coming in from everywhere from customers that had their guns serviced by.. "someone else".. yes,..a lot's of them end up here at HSA...TO BE FIXED!!   so be careful where are you taking your AEG or PTW/CTW for service.

To say "Thank You" to all our customers for "trusting" us, we decided to give them something back with this insane Offer.  for a limited time only, if your NEW AEG break down internally within 30 days from purchase.

 

WE will FIX your Gearbox - and the "LABOR" is FREE!  (Limited to One Time ONLY).

Keep in mind, Regular "Labor" fees are $30 per hour, most repair require 1-2 hours sometime longer so

this is another incredible saving and peace of mind HSA customers will get by shopping with us.

 

Customer are responsible for TAX, shipping cost both ways and all needed parts.

 

Even if some AEG Brand carry their own "Manufactory Limited Warranty" most of them will only cover "Manufactory Gearbox Internal  Defects" which basically means that if the gun don't work when you receive it...well is covered, but if it break down during usage...well that is debatable and most of the time is NOT covered.

We are the only one in the business to test ALL guns on Arrival and again before shipping or selling at the stores so that we, and the customer, are 99.9% sure the products are in perfect working conditions, but we all know that the most common AEG's breakages is due to "inexperience" ,which is NOT covered by "ANY" Warranty, and usually happen during the first week or 2, (sometime same day) + we also know that times are very tough economically for most of us this days, well now you can relax as for the first time ever you (the customer) "ARE COVERED"!!!

 

This Special Limited Warranty apply to NEW AEG's Gearboxes "repairs" only. For Upgrades standard labor fees apply.

Gearbox must be unopened, unaltered, nor upgraded, or abused by user or any airsoft gunsmith other than HSA ones in anyway and must have all original internals.

Walk-in Customers MUST have original receipt when dropping the gun off for repair, NO RECEIPT NO FREE LABOR...PERIOD!

Online Customers MUST follow the guideline on the UPGRADE/REPAIR SERVICE page  to send the gun in and must include

their order number in the package.

UPGRADES, PISTOLS, SYSTEMA PTW, REVOLUTION GEARBOX, AND CELCIUS TRAINING SYSTEM C.T.W

Due to the nature of the products we sell:  ALL SALES ARE FINALS -  No TRYING BUYS!

 


Warranty:  All sales are final. No warranties on airsoft guns, accessories, or parts are provided by HSA or manufacturer except if otherwise specified.

 

Any Modification, Disassembly, Removal of orange tip, abuse, improper usage, usage of low quality BBs or usage of other brands than these HSA sells or recommend, voids any warranty if any.

 

Warranties are provided on airsoft guns by HSA or manufacturer ONLY if clearly specified by HSA or Manufacturer and will only cover manufacturer "Defect" which MUST be notified to us within 3 Days from delivery, ..NO EXCEPTION!

 

**No claims will be handled or resolved after 3 Days...Period!**

After that all claims must be forwarded to the Manufacturer offering the warranty or

If no warranty is offered they will be handled as regular Service and Parts & Labor cost/fees apply.

If there is a problem with any products, (under warranty or not) customer MUST contact us within 3 Days from delivery, plenty of time to check the products and make sure everything is OK. It is the customers responsibility to make any effort to check the package and merchandise on arrival.

 

READ the instructions and our AEG CARE INFO before contacting us or even unpacking the gun, that will help you a lot with getting started correctly and resolve some minor but common issues you may run in to.

 

 

Absolutely NO warranty or returns/exchange on accessories, parts and consumables.

 

AEGs Breakage due to BB Jams, are NOT COVERED by Any Warranty!!

Jams are most common reason of AEGs breakages. Jams are caused by many factors: bad BB, dirt or moist in the barrel, too much or bad HopUp, damaged inner barrel....and more. Jams can happens at any time, and it is the user responsibility to be always vigilant and pay attention to gun sound. If the gun jam user MUST stop shooting IMMEDIATELY and un-jam the gun using the provided un-jamming tool, NOT by Shooting the gun! 2-4 shoots can do serious internal damages.

 

To avoid any kind of issues, all guns are tested twice, on arrival and again before they are shipped/sold to the customer therefore we know all guns leave our facilities in "Perfect Working Conditions".

Please always keep in mind these are TOYS! Do not abuse or do Stupid things with your gun, again...READ the instructions and our AEG CARE INFO

 

All returns must be authorized by us first or package will be "Refused" and returned to sender. In case we authorize a return, merchandise MUST be in the exact same condition as received and UNUSED with original packaging, all parts, accessories and manual included and intact.

  • We will not accept any returns with  Missing parts/accessories or damaged manufacture original packaging.

  • A 15% Restocking Fee Will be deducted from the Refund

  • Shipping costs, including returns, Are NOT Refundable.
