Warranty Service Terms and Conditions

Due to the nature of the products we sell: ALL SALES ARE FINALS - No TRYING BUYS!
Any Modification, Disassembly, Removal of orange tip, abuse, improper usage, usage of low quality BBs or usage of other brands than these HSA sells or recommend, voids any warranty if any.
Warranties are provided on airsoft guns by HSA or manufacturer ONLY if clearly specified by HSA or Manufacturer and will only cover Manufactory "Defect" which MUST be notified to us within 3 Days from delivery, ..NO EXCEPTION!
**No claims will be handled or resolved after 3 Days...Period!** After that all claims must be forwarded to the Manufacturer offering the warranty or If no warranty is offered they will be handled as regular Service and Parts & Labor cost/fees apply.

If there is a problem with any products, (under warranty or not) customer MUST contact us within 3 Days from delivery, plenty of time to check the products and if everything is OK. It is the customers responsibility to make any effort to check the package and merchandise on arrival.
READ the instructions and our AEG CARE INFO before contacting us or even unpacking the gun, that will help you a lot getting started correctly and resolve some minor but common issues you may run in to.
Absolutely NO warranty or returns/exchange on accessories, parts and consumables.
AEGs Breakage due to BB Jams, are NOT COVERED by Any Warranty!! Jams are most common reason of AEGs breakages. Jams are caused by many factors: bad BB, dirt or moist in the barrel, too much or bad HopUp, damaged inner barrel....and more. Jams can happens at any time, and it is the user responsibility to be always vigilant and pay attention to gun sound. If the gun jam user MUST stop shooting IMMEDIATELY and un-jam the gun using the provided un-jamming tool, NOT by Shooting the gun! 2-4 shoots can do serious internal damages.
To avoid any kind of issues, all guns are tested twice, on arrival and again before they are shipped/sold to the customer therefore we know all guns leave our facilities in "Perfect Working Conditions". Please always keep in mind these are TOYS! Do not abuse or do Stupid things with your gun, again...READ the instructions and our AEG CARE INFO
All returns must be authorized by us first or package will be "Refused" and returned to sender. In case we authorize a return, merchandise MUST be in the exact same condition as received and UNUSED with original packaging, all parts, accessories and manual included and intact.
